Oklahoma Family Empowerment Center (OFEC) is a 501 (c) (3) organization that is governed by a voluntary group of board of directors.  The board represents a diverse group of dedicated individuals who are committed to ensuring that the organization carries out its mission through long- and short-range planning and review.
