June 2012 OFEC was awards a contract, through the City of Tulsa, with the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs to reduce minority juvenile contact wit law enforcement.   Since that time, OFEC has worked with the various stakeholders (City of Tulsa, Tulsa Police Department, Tulsa County Sheriff's Department, District Attorney's Office, Public Defenders Office, U.S. Attorney's Office, Tulsa Public Schools, Tulsa Metropolitan Ministries, Youth Services, and others)  have experienced significant reduction at key contact points.
